What is the Franklin Method ®
The Franklin Method is not just another movement form or technique. It teaches you how to become your own teacher and more aware of your body, thoughts, and what you are creating at each moment. You get better at what you practice, so if you practice beating up on yourself ~ you get better at that. If you practice standing on your left leg more than your right, or being stressed out... you get better at that! When you become aware of these patterns, and have the right input, you see dramatic changes in what is possible. By moving quickly into the feeling that we want to have, ie. being happy, more aligned, easeful, flexible - we practice and get better at that! By looking at the design of the body, using touch, movement, imagery skills and feedback, YOU can quickly create change in YOUR brain and see your strength flow from the inside out! .........
